To run Mainframe Subsystem applications in a TN3270 mainframe display, you must first have built the mainframe subsystem application project, and then associated that project with a running enterprise server region; after which, you can launch the TN3270 mainframe display and connect it to the region. Once connected, you can run the application from the session.
