Windows 7 and earlier
To start the Relativity Designer, from your Windows desktop, click Start > All Programs > RMCOBOL > Relativity v12 > Designer.
Windows 10 and later
To start the Relativity Designer, from your Windows desktop, click Start > RM Relativity v12 > Designer.
Next you need to either create a new data source, or log on to an existing one.
