With the inclusion of Certificate Express Logon (CEL) support, users can securely logon to host applications without sending
their user name and password to a host, where the host is capable of supporting this protocol.
Note: When a user needs to choose a client certificate, the host disconnect timeout must be long enough for the user to do so.
