Problem:
The test summary, detailed, and region summary report created from recovered results show incorrect values.
Resolution:
Due to limitations in the recovery process, not all values can be recovered completely. The following issues can occur:
- The summary data is missing.
- The number of
Active Users is incorrect.
- The
Session Time and the
Session Busy Time cannot be recovered, they always displayed as
0.
- The
Average Action Time cannot be recovered, it always displays as
-.
- The number of
Errors is incorrect.
