Action

Sends the _IT_PING request to an object.

IiopOrbixPing( in hIiop : number ): number;

Return value

Handle to the OrbixWeb object if successful
0 if an error occurred

Parameter	Description
hIiop	Handle to a CORBA object. The corresponding object structure has to contain a dummy key that enables the Orbix daemon locating the object
