This learning series consists of six lessons.

Lesson 1: Hybrid Cloud Management X 2021.x Digital Learning for All Users

The Lesson 1 comprises two modules. You will learn about Hybrid Cloud Management X (HCMX), its functionality, advantages, and key features. You will study the HCMX capabilities and explore use cases. You will also learn about the architecture of HCMX, ITOM CDF and explore the deployment and implementation modes for HCMX. Finally, you will learn about the Service Lifecycle Journey and roles in HCMX.

Lesson 2: Tenant Administration in Hybrid Cloud Management X 2021.x

The Lesson 2 comprises of one module. You will learn about tenants in Hybrid Cloud Management X (HCMX), explore the Back Office (BO) administration tasks, and explain the multi-tenancy workflow.

Lesson 3: DND and CGRO in HCMX 2021.x  

The Lesson 3 comprises of one module. You will learn about the Design and Deploy (DND) and the Cost Governance and Resource Optimization (CGRO) capabilities in HCMX.

Lesson 4: Providers and Service Design in HCMX 2021.x Digital Learning 

The Lesson 4 comprises two modules. You will learn about the various concepts related to the creation of providers and resource pools in HCMX. You will study about Service Design in HCMX in detail.

Lesson 5: Service Catalog and Deployment Operations in HCMX 2021.x

The Lesson 5 comprises two modules. You will learn about the various concepts related to the management of Service Catalog and deployment operations in HCMX. You will study about managing services in detail.

Lesson 6: HCMX Specialist Exam

Lesson 6 is an exam to achieve a Specialist badge.

This course is developed using the Micro Focus Adoption Readiness Tool (ART). ART content provides easy access to self-paced learning content enabling users to not only dive into an online course but also to gain direct access to individual components to quickly master specific tasks.
