You will also learn the Operations operator workflow, event lifecycle, and how to close a resolved event. This course consists of 9 modules along with a specialist exam.
In these modules, you will learn about Operations Bridge suite components, Business Value Dashboard (BVD), Operations Bridge Manager (OBM), OBM Monitoring Automation (MA), and OBM Management Packs (MPs). You will also learn about Operations Bridge data collectors and data sources.
The final module consists of the OBM 2021.11 Operator Specialist Exam. You will take an exam to gain the OBM Operator Specialist badge. As an Operator, you need to manage Operations Bridge Suite, event lifecycle, business impact report, and different data collectors of OBM.
