The Projects area offers a high-level test manager’s view of all projects in your Silk Central installation, including a list of the most recent projects you have set to active, and enables you to move between projects. If you have SuperUser, Administrator, or Project Manager privileges, you can specify project-wide settings for Silk Central projects. Once global project settings are defined, they are available to all users who have access to those projects.
