COBOL-IT Services now available through the Micro Focus Support Portal.
Starting December 1st 2021, all COBOL-IT customers can access customer support services through the Micro Focus Support Portal and software entitlements through the Software Licenses and Downloads (SLD) Portal.
Getting Started
Please follow the steps below to access your software entitlements or contact customer support.
Check your Software Entitlements. You will not be able to download your entitlements until December 1st

If you don’t see the entitlements you expect, ask your Account Administrator to grant access, alternatively, contact the Micro Focus Support Line team SupportLine@MicroFocus.com
