This is a custom-built application of which the purpose is to support the Enterprise Service Management approach of SMAX and to extend the platforms' capabilities in an effort to assist organizations to manage their operational risk.
This application in SMAX provides organizations with the ability to leverage from operational data derived from the service management practice. This provides additional supportive data to the risk register and mitigation steps can be tracked via Change Management whereas reactive steps can be tracked via Incident Management.
