Record Properties
The record Properties dialogue box enables you to modify certain details of the record.
These details are similar to the fields that appear on the New Record form for the record's Record Type.
The tabs in the dialogue box depend on the tasks and functions configured for the Record Type.
For example, if the Record Type does not have electronic functionality, then the Electronic tab will not appear.
Right-click the record and select Properties
The Properties dialogue box may contain the tabs listed in following sections, depending on how the Record Type is set up and whether the record has the items attached.

- Record Actions page
- Record Electronic page
- Record Renditions page
- Record Contacts page
- SAP Components page - available only for documents whose Record Type has the field Behaviour set to SAP Document. These records are usually created by the Content Manager integration with SAP. See SAP Integration for information on the SAP Feature.
