What's new in OpenStack capsule
OpenStack content capsule introduces the following change:
JSP to JS migration
Service designs now use Java Script (JS) instead of JSP.
Resource sync introduced
This capsule uses the resource sync workflow from OO OpenStack Content Pack.
Scheduled scale in and scale out
This release of the capsule provides an option under subscriber option to schedule auto scaling of servers. You can choose to scale up or scale down the number of servers by creating a scheduler.

OpenStack Compute service design no longer supports Group Based Policy (GBP).
