Micro Focus statement on Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus

Micro Focus has operations and team members in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. During these incredibly difficult times we are focused on doing all that we can to support our colleagues there.

In Ukraine we have an ongoing program of support for our team members and their families. To assist in the humanitarian efforts, we are donating to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and encouraging and helping our employees support colleagues who have been impacted there.

We have suspended all our business operations in Russia and Belarus. Our team in Russia has been placed on paid leave and our Moscow office is closed. We remain committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including compliance with international sanctions and trade controls/restrictions and to behave in a responsible and ethical manner everywhere we do business.

We are actively and closely monitoring the unprecedented and fast-moving events that have unfolded in the region, as well as their potential impact on our business. None of our services are fully dependent upon resources in Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus.

We have robust business continuity plans in place in Ukraine and crisis management procedures in place that, in light of the extraordinary events, we have activated in order to minimize any disruption to our operations and services.

Finally, we continue to monitor our network and systems for any potential cyber threats. Micro Focus operates a comprehensive Information Security Policy Framework with the objective of protecting and safeguarding information and our systems.
