Creating Workflow templates
- From the Manage ribbon, select Workflow Templates
- The Templates window appears, listing all existing Workflow templates.
The Workflow templates dialogue box can be configured to display Workflow details in both the list and view panes.
- Right-click and select New Template.
The New Template window appears.
- Template General tab - complete the required fields.
- Template Documents tab - displays working and reference documents attached to the Workflow template and enables you to set the defaults for new documents/records for the Workflow template.
- Template Options tab - displays and enables you to set other functional defaults.
- Template Additional Fields tab - displays all Additional Fields that can be selected to attach to the Workflow template. See Workflow template Additional Fields tab.
- Template Notes tab - enter information regarding the Workflow template, if needed.
Use the user stamp to identify your notes.
- Template Other Notes tab - select template Activity notes you want to view.
- Access Controls tab - Access Controls for the Workflow template.

- Copied Access Controls tab - controls about how template access controls are passed on to Workflows.

- Click OK
- Create new Activities for the Workflow template.
