Michael P. Jackson

Michael P. Jackson is a technology executive and former senior government official with significant operating experience in the public and private sectors, as well as SSA and Proxy Board experience. Most recently, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VidSys, Inc. Previously, he served as Deputy Secretary at the US Department of Homeland Security. Prior, he was Senior Vice President at AECOM Technology Corporation, publicly-traded, (NYSE: ACM) multinational engineering firm that provides design, consulting, construction, and management services to a wide range of clients with $2.3 billion in annual revenues (FY2005). Earlier, he served as Deputy Secretary for the US Department of Transportation, and before that he was Chief Operating Officer at Lockheed Martin IMS Transportation Systems and Services business.

Since 1990, Mr. Robert Makheja has been a leader and executive in information technology with a focus on commercial and government marketplace in the Americas, as well as the Global System Integrators and Outsourcers.

Most recently, Mr. Makheja was the Vice President for Public Sector at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) managing all aspects of sales for the HPE Software business to all federal, state, and local government agencies and organizations, as well as higher education. Previously at Hewlett Packard (HP), he managed the East and Central US Strategic, Enterprise, and Small Business accounts for several years, as well as managing the Global System Integrators and Global Outsourcers.

Prior to joining HP Software in 2005, Mr. Makheja held executive leadership roles including; Vice President for Peregrine System managing North America and Public Sector regions, Vice President at Oracle for North America and their tools and training solutions, and other sales leadership positions at Texas Instruments and IBM.

Mr. Makheja received his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from George Washington University; he also holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate in Law. Mr. Makheja resides with his wife and three children in the Washington DC metro region.

Jim Rittinger

James M. Rittinger is the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary and a Director of Micro Focus Government Solutions. Mr. Rittinger came to MFGS from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was a Vice President and Associate General Counsel responsible for managing the Legal and Contracts teams that supported HP/HPE’s US Public Sector Business.

Prior to joining HP, Mr. Rittinger was the Legal Director, Vice President and Secretary for Dell Federal and the General Counsel and Secretary for Perot Systems Government Services prior to its acquisition by Dell. In addition, prior to joining Perot Systems, Mr. Rittinger was a litigator in the New York office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams of the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Mr. Rittinger lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife and three children. He is admitted to the bars of New York, Washington DC, and Virginia.

Mary H. Griggs is a former senior US Government Official with extensive experience related to intelligence, counterintelligence and security matters. Additionally, she has SSA and Proxy Board experience, and a deep understanding of how to set up corporate boards for companies under foreign ownership selling to the government. She has worked with all agencies in the Intelligence Community, to include an assignment at the President’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board, the White House. Previously, she was Deputy Chief, Enterprise Management of the Defense Counterintelligence, and Human Intelligence Center at the Defense Intelligence Agency, where she was responsible for coordinating and deconflicting Department of Defense Components and Intelligence Community activities. Prior, she was Director of Industrial Security at the Defense Security Services. Earlier, she served in executive positions at three interagency organizations focused on US Intelligence Community activities.

Michael Linford is the current License Verification Leader for Micro Focus, and the former Chief Financial Officer for HPE Software. Previously, Mr. Linford led the M&A integration team for HPE and was a leader in the company’s Operational Performance organization. Prior to HPE, Mr. Linford spent six years with Kohlberg Kravis and Roberts (KKR) where he served as a Principal in the KKR Capstone operations team and worked at McKinsey and Company.

Eileen Evans is the former Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Software, Cloud and Open Source for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Ms. Evans was recognized in 2014 as one of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s top 100 Women of Influence.

Prior to joining HP in 2010, Ms. Evans was a Director and Associate General Counsel at Sun Microsystems (and then Oracle Corporation following its acquisition of Sun) for nearly 12 years. At Sun, Ms. Evans led and managed legal support for various hardware and software business units. Ms. Evans also served as a lead Open Source Legal Strategist for Sun, where she led, managed, and supported numerous open source projects, including Java, MySQL, OpenSolaris, OpenOffice, and NetBeans.

Prior to joining Sun, Ms. Evans practiced in the Technology Transactions Group at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich (now DLA Piper) in Palo Alto, California.

Ms. Evans holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
